How It Works.

Sample collection kits are stocked in the vending machine and available for your workforce.
Sample Collection
Each kit contains all components and instructions needed for swabbing and returning the collected sample for analysis.
Arrange Return to Randox
There are various return options including prepaid service labels, Randox drop boxes or clinics. Alternatively, customers are free to arrange their own return.
Analysis of Samples
Samples will reach 1 of 5 dedicated testing facilities and processed on our RT-PCR instruments.
Result Reporting
Results are reported within 24 hours of being received into our laboratory.
Results Received
Once the results have been received those affected can take the appropriate actions in line with government guidelines.
